By mail - send your completed order form and deposit details to Orbit Design & Build Co Ltd., The Workshop, Bruton Lane, Upton Noble, Somerset. BA4 6AH.
By fax - fax your completed order form on 01749 850055.
Payment
We require a deposit (min £250) and this can be made by cheque or debit/credit card. We send you an order confirmation by return for you to check. The balance is due prior to delivery - however, if payment is being made by cheque we require cheques 10 days before delivery.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Deliveries are usually made within 4 - 6 weeks, but this may vary from time to time - please ask when ordering for approximate delivery date. However, if you need something in a rush contact us to see what we can sort out.
You will be contacted before the delivery is made.
All beds and bases are delivered flat packed and are easy to assemble, full instructions are given. However, we can deliver and assemble for you - please phone for a price for this service.
Our delivery charge is £50 for mainland UK.
We will liase with you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
